After surgery, your nose will be placed in an external and/or internal splint and bandaged, typically removed within 7-14 days. While many patients feel comfortable moving around within 24 hours, plan for 1-2 weeks off from work or school. Avoid cardiovascular activity and heavy lifting (anything above 5 lbs) for 4-6 weeks. Always follow your surgeon's post-op instructions for a safe, smooth recovery.
